      • The Bressler Minyan is a small house minyan and synagogue in Long Branch NJ that brings local families and neighbors together to pray throughout the Summer in a nearby location. The minyan was just a place of prayers. • Congregation Bet El of Flatbush

    Construction Project Manager

      • The Cong. Bet El synagogue had not been renovated in over 50 years and the previous Ashkenazi group that had been using the space had been rapidly aging and slowly moving away from the community leading to further deterioration of the space. A local Sephardic group had been sharing the space but had not taken any steps to further the project. The space was used by an Israeli group doing Shabbat dinners and lunches and holiday events for Kiruv and Jewish Education. Through a group effort and much resistance the synagogue was renovated externally elevating the appearance to neighbors and the morale of the shul members. This beginning construction opened the door and led to further internal renovations by the existing shul group and expansion of the shul membership and advancement of Torah programs. The shul was converted to be fully Sephardic and today houses a beautiful congregation that has grown in numbers, families and Torah learning. The Cong. • Congregation Magen Abraham of Brooklyn (Rabbi Duvi Bensoussan)

    Construction Project Manager

      • In 2019 Rabbi Duvi Bensoussan was the Head Rabbi at Magen Abraham Synagogue. The synagogue hosts hundreds of Jewish worshippers and members weekly. The shul was housed in an old building and high school that had not been renovated in close to 50 years. Through a concerted effort and planning, the entire synagogue main room was renovated to a beautiful edifice in under 4 weeks with no delays (throughout the summer). The start and end of the construction was done quietly, quickly and efficiently to limit any disturbance to the prayer services. The project helped lead to further renovations done in the structure and the shul who were originally renters proceeded to acquire and purchase the building. The morale of the congregation and further advancement was unprecedented. The goal was to put the shul on the map as a major Syrian community shul. • Magen David Synagogue of Surfside Florida (Rabbi Gavriel Koskas)

    former Teen Program Director

      • In 2021 after many COVID restrictions the local community had become lax in producing in-person Torah classes primarily for junior high and high school students. With 2 months of hard work the shul was transformed into a hub for boys to come learn Torah 5 nights a week for 1 hour. The project included carpool, hiring teachers & rabbis, setting up curriculum, prizes & reopening the Shabbat morning minyan for the local teens of the community. The program grew to 35-40 boys coming every night, 5 nights a week to learn. A special program was established to teach mishnayot by heart & in depth & many of the students excelled. The Shabbat Teen Minyan was reopened & many of the local teens from the neighborhood came each week. This teen minyan did something extremely unique in which not even one of the teens spoke during the entire tefillah from the beginning until the end of Alenu. This feat alone was remarkable & a proof that when trained & taught properly & given the opportunity, Jewish teens will come through & perform perfectly.

In May 2021 after about 5 months the program was handed over to the synagogue to manage internally. I proceeded to the other two local shuls in the town and pushed to establish more Torah programs for teens to compete with the original program opened. Those actions pushed the local Rabbis to do more for the teens in teaching and education with much pressure to the shul presidents and boards. Within 4 months of leaving Magen David Synagogue, all the 4 local synagogues of Bal Harbour/Surfside had opened independent innovative programs for teens giving them the attention they deserve as future leaders of the communities. Those shuls included Sephardic Minyan @ The Shul of Bal Harbour, Magen David of Surfside, Hechal Shalom Or Oziel & the Young Israel of Bal Harbour.

The shul had an old website under the domain MagenDavidCongregation.com, so I personally acquired MagenDavid.com for the synagogue to use and built a new website with Shul Cloud. • Miami Beach Eruv Council

    Online Marketing

      • The Miami Beach Eruv Council founded by Rabbi Weberman OB”M is one of the largest eruv projects in the United States. The organization held a phone number, very dated website and limited online visibility. I took on the project and through a focused effort rebuilt the website MiamiBeachEruv.org, updated the MailChimp templates, created a WhatsApp group, added additional donation processes in under 30 days with no cost to the organization and under the direction of Mr Bernardo Coiffman. I am honored and humbled by the ability to be of assistance to the organization and assists the thousands of people that use the Eruv service to check before Shabbat each week, whether they may carry or not on Shabbat. • RabbiDG.com (Rabbi Daniel J. Glatstein)

    Co-Founder

      • In 2020 Rabbi Daniel J. Glatstein left his position at the KAY Shul (Kehillas Ahavat Yisrael) in Cedarhurst NY. Through a concerted effort and planning a new brand was envisioned and established to help bring his Torah content to as many Jews as possible around the globe under a single group and organization with a clear path to growth. The purpose was to allow Rabbi Glatstein to be financially independent with an online brand and without any board oversight or president. This was followed by a fundraising campaign to help purchase a property in Cedarhurst NY as a world headquarters and synagogue for the new organization Machon Maggid Harakiah and shul Kehillas Tiferes Mordechai. The campaign through hard work of the rabbi, volunteers, friends, family and partners worldwide over $1.4 million was collected. All the digital media was put under an umbrella organization, organized and marketed to the masses using many mediums. The project included email marketing campaigns with MailChimp, WhatsApp groups optimization, a YouTube account, DropBox, Podcast, website optimization and design, content organization, forming groups with individual volunteers throughout the United States to help Rabbi Glatstein be fully independent both financially and spiritually to be able to focus on learning and teaching Torah with no barriers from a board or committee of any kind. The projects initial goals were accomplished. In less than 2.5 years the project proved a tremendous success and was handed over to Rabbi Glatstein to direct for the future. In 2020 Rabbi Daniel J. • SLC Kol Eliyahu (Sephardic Lebanese Congregation)

    High Holidays Early Minyan

      • In early 2004 a few Lebanese families organized an early vatikin minyan to take place in SLC on the second floor midrash which was unoccupied during the High Holidays (Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur) under the auspices of Hacham Shlomo Cohen as Hazan and Rabbi. The shul had at the time in operation just a standard minyan that started at 8am. The purpose of the early minyan was for many reasons. The services were quicker, contained less talking and the monies collected were put towards a night kollel that took place Sunday through Thursday where Kollel Avrechim learned for up to two hours Torah each night. Through a group effort we marketed this minyan and added a deluxe catered breakfast after both Rosh Hashana day prayers with Torah classes and learning. The minyan grew out of the small midrash and into the main party hall in the basement. The minyan offered free seats and an uplifting atmosphere and grew to over 250 people (men, women and children). After over 10 years of hard work the minyan reached a point where it fundraised over $100,000 and at least 10 avrechim were paid to learn from those funds. At that point the minyan grew where it became an important part of the main shuls minyanim and the program was handed over to the main shul to operate and include into their accounts. In early 2004 a few Lebanese families organized an early vatikin minyan to take place in SLC on the second floor midrash which was unoccupied during the High Holidays (Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur) under the auspices of Hacham Shlomo Cohen as Hazan and Rabbi.
